Blue Wave

A 1.5 km waterfront master plan at Mamsha Beach, Saadiyat Island, defined by a single undulating blue pavement.

Commissioned by Aldar Properties, Blue Wave runs for 1.5 km along Mamsha Beach on Saadiyat Island. A continuous undulating blue pavement gives the whole stretch one recognisable identity and organises movement along the water.

The plan is divided into an Active Beach Zone, a Water Sports Zone and a Pier with viewing platforms, supported by pools, shaded lounges, sports courts and an open-air cinema.
