The Hub

A 60,000 m² youth entertainment destination at Marassi on Egypt's North Coast, organised around a Big Bang concept.

The Hub is a youth entertainment destination for Emaar Misr at Marassi on the North Coast. Its Big Bang concept sets out a triple-heart layout: an event space, a playground and a Kids Town, from which the rest of the programme radiates.

Around those hearts sit an open-air cinema, a go-kart track and a roller-skating rink, alongside food and beverage and retail areas. Construction began in January 2024.
